Tonight we had classic Italian pasta primavera with sauteed vegetables in marinara sauce. We added roasted Italian chicken tenders and topped it with Parmigiano-Reggiano. My children love all the ingredients, minus the marinara sauce so they had a deconstructed version. It was fantastic and gluten free thanks to the brown rice linguine noodles! A side salad of romaine, romas, and cucumbers completed our tour of Italy.
